Avocado is ne of the best fruits ever so I decided it deserves its own post!

I’m not just saying it because it’s a staple in my diet and I have one almost everyday for breakfast. It’s a superfood packed with healthy fats, fibers and lots of vitamins and minerals.

It’s the best of both worlds: super yummy and extremely nutritious.
